Based on 30+ years experience in global organisations as a L&D Director and Business Executive. I have build and lead many (virtual) teams, spanning 64 countries.
Virtual teams are the new reality and leadership is all about learning. Through my online courses I bring together the latest research on virtual teams. I complement this with the rich experiences from many (>1000) international managers I have trained in the last 30 years. And last but not least, my own experience as manager and executive, working internationally and mostly with virtual teams.
